Evening Primrose Oils

Evening primrose oil is made from the seeds of the flowers of the evening primrose plant, which is native to the Americas and also found throughout Europe and parts of Asia. The flower is named after the yellow flowers that open at sunset and close during the day. The oil from evening primrose seeds contains omega-6 fatty acids, including linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
