Dis-Chem Gold Folic Acid Plus contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy, and helps to form red blood cells. It contributes to the function of the nervous system, and towards the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
DOSAGE: (Adults and children 14 years and older): Take one vegecapsule daily, after a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
