Dis-Chem Gold Vitamin B6 100mg is an essential vitamin required for the maintenance of good health. Vitamin B6 contributes to a number of functions in the body including: normal energy-yielding metabolism; nervous system function; psychological functions; the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; tissue formation; red blood cell formation; normal cysteine synthesis and homocysteine metabolism; immune function; the regulation of hormonal activity and normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
DOSAGE: (Adults 18 years and older): Take one tablet daily, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
