Dis-Chem Gold Slow Release Magnesium contains magnesium which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal electrolyte balance, and to the maintenance of normal muscle and nervous system function. Calcium and phosphorus contribute to the development and maintenance of bones and teeth.
DOSAGE: (Adults and children 9 years and older): Take two to three tablets daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
